I like this dress a lot! Not sure why the ratings were so low, without comments. The fabric is a very lightweight crisp summer cotton weave. Very Pretty pattern, and seems to be good quality. It is very Blousy! More than expected, BUT it has pockets, so when your hands are in them, it stays slimmer in profile of course. I am 38D up top, and was worried the large would be tight, but it is perfect. If I was smaller up top, I definitely would have gone with a medium. If you don't have a big chest, I would size down. If you are looking for lightweight, stylish comfort for summer, this will do the trick. A cord or thin belt of some sort could probably also be worn with it if a more contoured look is preferred.
