One was fine the other arrived brokenLoved this little ornament making kit. It came out super cute. The clay material is super light weight and almost feels like foam. Great for not waying down your Christmas tree branches. It was easy to use as well. I just read previous reviews and made sure I had an adult helper as well as using a good amount of pressure to push my baby's hand into the clay (no breaking fingers amount of pressure, just a really good push). Have a trusted individual hold your baby and his arm out. Put the prepared clay on table top. You take his hand and push it down quickly and evenly as possible and voila, perfect baby hand print. We did this when my son was about 6 months and he was the perfect size for this kit. There is enough clay to spread out a little thinner and skip using the included cookie cutter and a larger hand could be used on this. The only negative is there isn't anything included in kit to actually hang this on a tree. Not a problem for me since I had some red ribbon on hand. Oh and we spruced this ornament up with some irredecent clear glitter. No glue needed. Just sprinkle a little on the table and press the prepared still soft (before doing handprint) clay into it. The glitter will stick and stay when it dries. Gives a little Christmas sparkle to your ornament when light catches it. Good buyThere may be some skill required here. This is our second one as the first was a total fail. To me, it doesn't really keep the definition of the hand print in there after its cured. There may be a better way to do it than my approach but I don't see this second round going very well.Your results may vary.3 stars for nice idea.Loved this idea!
